Terms of Use

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TunePro iOS application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

TunePro is licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms supplement that EULA; where they conflict, the EULA controls for matters it covers. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.

2. Free tier, subscriptions, and lifetime purchase

The free tier of TunePro includes one active bike with full tuning and history features. TunePro Premium unlocks unlimited bikes and additional features, and is available as:

Monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device’s Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime unlock. A one-time, non-recurring purchase that permanently unlocks Premium on your Apple Account. It is not a subscription and never renews.

All billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices may change; changes will never retroactively affect a completed lifetime purchase or an active subscription period.

3. Your data

TunePro stores your data locally on your device and has no user accounts. You are responsible for backing up your device; if you delete the app or lose your device without a device backup, your TunePro data cannot be recovered by us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Safety disclaimer, read this

TunePro is a record-keeping tool for suspension settings. It does not provide professional tuning, mechanical, or safety advice. Suspension setup affects how a bicycle or motorcycle handles, and incorrect settings, pressures, or maintenance can cause loss of control, component failure, injury, or death. Always consult your suspension manufacturer’s official specifications and service intervals, observe minimum and maximum pressure and adjustment limits, and have work performed by a qualified mechanic when in doubt. You ride at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for the settings you apply to your equipment.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law or by Apple’s EULA, and you may not use the app in any unlawful way.

6. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, wordmark, and content (excluding data you create and third-party product names), is owned by the developer. Manufacturer and product names referenced in the app’s component catalog are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify compatible equipment; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

7. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Component specifications and tuning ranges in the app’s catalog are provided for convenience and may contain errors, always verify against the manufacturer’s documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the app or from settings applied to your equipment. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the app or its services (such as future feature updates) at any time; your local data and any lifetime unlock on your Apple Account are unaffected by these Terms ending.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the developer’s residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
