Privacy Policy

The short version: your bikes, settings, and service records live only on your device. TunePro has no accounts, no ads, and no tracking. The only data that ever leaves your phone is anonymous usage analytics, and you can turn that off with one switch.
Who we are
TunePro is an iOS app for tracking bicycle and motorcycle suspension settings. It is operated by an independent developer. You can reach us any time at sendhelp@tunepro.app.
Data stored on your device
Everything you create in TunePro, your bikes, components, suspension settings, settings history, service records, rider profile, and any trail names or locations attached to saved settings, is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party. We cannot see it, and we have no servers that hold it.
If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Anonymous analytics
To understand how the app is used and improve it, TunePro sends anonymous usage events (for example, “a settings log was saved” or “the paywall was viewed”) to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. These events include a one-way hashed device identifier so that repeat usage can be counted without identifying you. They never include your name, email, precise location, trail names, bike details, or the contents of anything you save in the app.
Analytics is enabled by default and can be turned off at any time in the app under Settings → Analytics. When disabled, no analytics data is sent. TelemetryDeck processes data in the European Union and does not use it for advertising or tracking; see the TelemetryDeck privacy policy.
Location
When you save a suspension setting, you can optionally let TunePro use your location once to name the trail or area where you saved it. Location access is requested only when you use this feature, and the app is fully functional if you decline. The resulting place name and coordinates are stored only on your device, alongside that saved setting. Your location is never sent to us or to any analytics service. Reverse geocoding (turning coordinates into a place name) is performed by Apple’s system services under Apple’s privacy policy.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details, billing address, or identity. Purchase management and refunds are handled by Apple.
What we don’t do
TunePro has no user accounts and collects no contact information. We do not sell data, share data with advertisers, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites. The app does not request the iOS App Tracking Transparency permission because it does no tracking.
Deleting your data
Because all of your data is stored on your device, deleting the app deletes your data. Anonymous analytics events already received by TelemetryDeck cannot be linked back to you and are retained under TelemetryDeck’s retention policy. To stop analytics going forward, use the in-app toggle.
Children
TunePro is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes.
